Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in corporate reorganization, economic financial planning and control, dealing mainly with the analysis of bank accounts and management of relationships with credit institutions.

He acts as a statutory auditor and is a member of boards of statutory auditors in different sized companies. This activity and the advisory activity, have allowed him to develop a deep understanding of corporate assets and the relative civil and fiscal problems of the companies operating in the most diverse sectors such as productive, commercial or service.

He has acquired many years of experience (also as a court-appointed expert for the Court of Verona) in issues of banking law and corporate finance concerning analysis and appraisals of bank accounts and loans.
