Lawyer, member of the Professional Lawyers’ Association of Verona, whose main activity consists above all in assistance to companies and carrying out assignments in the bankruptcy field. In particular, he has dedicated considerable time to the restructuring of companies in crisis, to assistance with the preparation of recovery plans and in bankruptcy procedures.

Furthermore, he follows corporate reorganization operations in due diligence and acquisition operations in the defence of industrial property rights.

He collaborates with the scientific review Crisi e Risanamento (Crisis and Recovery) and is a speaker at events of a scientific and academic nature.
