Lawyer registered with the Professional Association of Verona and PhD in European Private Law of Property Relations, with a thesis on “The financial intermediary’s information obligations: legal nature and remedies”, in co-protection with the Juristische Fakultät der Universität Regensburg (Dr. jur.).

She collaborates with the University of Verona in the field of Private and Civil Law. She works in the field of civil and commercial law, mainly dealing with business assistance. She has gained specific experience in corporate restructuring, in the preparation of recovery plans and in assistance in insolvency proceedings. She has also carried out various training and study periods in Germany, acquiring particular competence in commercial and corporate law and international contracts, with particular attention to relationships with German-speaking countries.

She is a member of the DIJV Deutsch-Italienische Juristenvereinigung and is the author of numerous publications in scientific journals.
