Lawyer registered with the Professional Association of Bolzano. Graduated in Law from the University of Trento, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Law with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude. He was a volunteer assistant at the chair of commercial law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento from 2010 to 2012.

The professional activity is mainly articulated in the assistance to companies and in the performance of assignments in the field of commercial law. Ample space is dedicated to consultancy on contracts – with particular attention to distribution and tourism contracts – and extraordinary corporate transactions.

He holds the position of member of the Supervisory Body in some important companies.
