Areas of expertise: Criminal Law

Previously an officer in the Corps of the Customs Authority, and having collaborated as a lawyer with leading national law firms, he has gained extensive experience in the assistance of companies with problems relating to environmental law (waste, waters, authorization procedures) in both consultancy and defence in criminal proceedings.

He carries out the same activity with regard to matters of safety in the workplace. In general, he provides assistance with issues relating to corporate responsibility (delegation of functions, organizational models 231 regarding the environment). He has been a trainer on courses for technical managers of waste disposal plants and a speaker at conferences on environmental subjects and he has also lectured on courses about safety in the workplace.

He has worked as a Tutor in some university postgraduate Master courses and currently gives monographic lectures at university institutions.
